Biography
As Vice President of Client Services for Market2lead, I am responsible for overall customer success and retention. My client services team oversees implementations, integration, education, and customer support, bringing over 11 years of experience to this role. Through my blog I intend to share ideas, best practices, common pitfalls that me and my team observe, learn and develop with our customers.
Interests
My interests include reading (business and history), watching cricket (I try to play when I get a chance) and travel. My goal is to visit one country every year and my favorite show is "1000 destinations to visit before you die" on travel channel.
